Kilimani is a prime residential area conveniently located about 10 minutes from Nairobi’s city center. Known for its mix of maisonettes and apartments, Kilimani is also rapidly developing into a prime commercial zone. History of Kilimani

Since the 1990s, Kilimani has transformed significantly, with many old 1950s bungalows being replaced by modern multi-storey apartments and office blocks. Most new apartments are over five stories high, featuring beautiful balconies, gardens, communal swimming pools, saunas, and health clubs.
